# Introduction

ABC is a powerful, easy to learn and use, interactive and imperative high level programming language. This language was born after a lot of research on creating a programming language that was both powerful with respect to features and also easy to learn.

It is a high level language and supports data structuring and structured programming. During its time, ABC was a powerful language for beginners and experts alike.
